Our shipping policies appear below.
- Most orders placed before 9AM (UTC+8) TST (Taipei Time) Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
- Please note, orders placed after 9AM TST Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 9AM Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all national holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
- Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, or shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
Expected Delivery Dates
- The orders will be shipped from Taiwan via postal service or other Express Delivery service. (Products contents battery cells are prohibited by general postal service.)
- International recipient customers are responsible for the import and custom duty fees that could be incurred upon shipment. Product ships from Taiwan, any shipments to countries other than Taiwan are considered international recipients.
- For Taiwan customers, the order should arrive in 5 business days. International Orders can take between 7-21 Business days for arrival depending on delivery region.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from receiving date for international orders and within 7 days from receiving date for Taiwan orders. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, contact service@xpalpower.com. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you and reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. The refund amount will also exclude original delivery charge.
